Actually it seems to be pretty popular nowadays for people to get huge tattoos. If one finds it attractive or not, that's a similar to any other fetish. In my case, I find Bonnie Rotten and her tattoos very sexy.

I pass on any scenes where the girl or the guy has any tattoos. This is a buyer's market, and since tattoos are an absolute turnoff for me I just move on to scenes with a more clean-cut look.

From my point of view, it depends what you want to tattoo and where. A very big tattoo on the back of a girl, maybe not really sexy.
A small tattoo somewhere in an exposed area, might seem sexy.
It all depends on what you want to tattoo also
