The UTC time on your site

I've noticed that when I look at PTG without login in, the time used on the site is UTC time.
But when I login, it changes to UTC+01:00. :geek:

Timezone displaying to users who are not logged in (guests, bots) is set to UTC by default. Logged users set their timezone during registration and can change it in their user control panel. ;)
