It's of course okay... as long as no infos about warez can be found in the picture... for example the filename...
And for the future it would be great not to edit the "post title" after you click "post reply" in your case you changed it to "new clip"

PS:
When you surf to http://alsangels.com/dailyvideos.html --> you can click on the thumbnail from Lola and Paula's video... normally a new window should open and gives you a nice banner which shows all action directly from the source
You can save the graphic and post it with a small credit to the owner of the graphic
